Brian Williams

Respected newsman Brian Williams hurries away after stuffing one of the Late Show traffic cones into his bag.  Challenged by security, he then returned the cone, claiming the whole thing had been a "misunderstanding."

Lame-stream media, indeed.

Traffic cone? I thought he was interviewing John Boehner.

  2. Hey is that a city-owned traffic cone, or a Late Show-owned traffic cone. If it's a Late Show cone you must have a permit to operate within the public right-of-way from the New York City Streets Department, pursuant to Traffic Code Section 606081045(A.1. e 243-991.(e) (a) 112.5.

  3. Karl, as you may know, the U.S. is a signatory to the International Traffic Cone Exchange Treaty. That cone with the L is on loan to the Late Show from Lithuania, which means that Lithuanian traffic code applies. Thanks for your interest.
